Ruth Forman Psychologist

About

Ruth Forman has a Masters of Clinical Psychology from the University of Sydney, and has a broad background in this field that provided her with solid assessment, counseling and therapeutic experience.

These skills were put to use in a variety of settings including hospitals, government organizations and corporate settings, and led to the establishment of a private practice in the field of Psychology. Services include therapeutic intervention and strategies to clients presenting with a variety of emotional problems, be they diagnosable disorders or everyday worries.

An interest in trauma also led her to specialize in the psychological aftermath of critical events, particularly medico-legal reports for Victims Compensation Claims.  

Contributions have included written material for publications in scientific journals and presenting research findings to conferences.

Ruth is registered with the NSW Psychologist Registration Board, a Member of the Australian Psychological Society, and a registered Medicare provider for psychological services.
